>A Holiday Present for WTP

>Since it’s the holiday season, and the Web Tools Platform at eclipse has been the brunt of some of my posts about unit testing in the past, I thought I would contribute something additional back to them. Currently there are no unit tests for the XML Content Assistance. So if changes or bugs are fixed in there, there are no regression tests to verify that everything is working.

I took some time this evening and created some basic tests for content assistance proposals. These check the basics and make sure that the proposals that are expected at certain points in the document are returned. This is contributed in bug 259447. The tests are simple enough to setup that they could be replicated for all of the other editors that make use of the Structured Text Editor.
